2. Deliverables & Ownership
Sync2 designs and builds digital engineering products. All deliverables, codebases, and design work remain the property of Sync2 until your project invoice is fully paid. Once payment is complete, full rights and ownership transfer to you as agreed in our project agreement.
3. Use License
You are welcome to view and download a copy of the content on Sync2's website for your personal, non-commercial viewing only. This gives you permission to view our content, but it does not mean you own the material or can resell it.
4. Limitations
Sync2 is not responsible for any damages, loss of data, lost profits, or business delays that might happen while using or being unable to use our website or services.
5. Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of Sri Lanka. Any disputes related to these terms will be handled in the courts of Sri Lanka.
